To build capacity in the design and development of OER-enabled online learning, the OERu will offer two facilitated online courses including free access to a competency certification in Copyright and Creative Commons licensing.
These courses will provide valuable skills for participants wanting to design and publish their own online courses using the OERu’s open source, component-based digital learning environment.
